Modular Apartments 

Ascot, Berkshire - 12 luxury apartment units with underground parking.

A large house that previously occupied the site now comprises 12 apartments with private amenity space set within communal gardens. The building has traditional brickwork detailing similar to that of the existing house.

Each apartment is constructed from pre-fabricated timber modules that are factory finished.
