Ground Floor Modular Extension Consisting of 2 Modules
This bespoke modular care home extension in London was created using two factory-manufactured modules to provide additional accommodation and communal space for residents. This bespoke modular house extension was designed, manufactured, and installed to replace an outdated extension while making use of the existing foundations. GO MODULAR also provided the architectural design for the project. Manufactured off-site and installed with minimal disruption to the existing care home, the project demonstrates the benefits of modular construction for healthcare and care environments. The extension was designed to blend seamlessly with the existing building while providing a comfortable, high-quality, and energy-efficient space for residents and staff.
