A large 3-storey house consisting of 44 modules that previously occupied the site now comprises 12 apartments with private amenity space set within communal gardens. The building has traditional brickwork detailing similar to that of the existing house.

Each apartment is constructed from pre-fabricated timber modules that are factory-finished, highlighting the efficiency and quality offered by modular building companies. This project exemplifies the potential of modular buildings to provide high-quality, affordable housing solutions.
