Student Apartments

In what is believed to be a first for off-site construction - 9 flats in total - bespoke volumetric units have been lowered and installed by crane within the shell of an existing old building in Bristol, to convert an old nightclub into modern housing.

No. 50 is part of the iconic Park Street in central Bristol. Park Street is a key route within the city centre but suffered significant bomb damage in WWII with many of the bath stone-fronted properties, including no. 50 having to be rebuilt in the 1950s. Recently a nightclub, the upper floors of the building are being converted to residential accommodation.The project was shortlisted for the Insider Property Awards Student Housing in 2021
