Our recent project showcased the efficiency and precision of modular construction by manufacturing, delivering, and installing three penthouses on the newly constructed fourth floor of an existing building. The modular units were meticulously crafted off-site in a controlled environment, ensuring superior quality and adherence to timelines. Once the site is ready, these units will delivered and seamlessly installed on-site, demonstrating the convenience and speed of modular construction techniques. Despite the complexities involved, the entire project was completed on time, and the penthouses are now poised and ready, awaiting final site preparations. This endeavour underscores the transformative potential of off-site manufacturing in modern construction projects.

External façade finishes are put on in the factory, therefore saving time for doing the work on-site!
