The 6-storey building consisting of 95 modules is a purpose-built student accommodation block for a private provider to Plymouth University.

The site was originally the location of St Augustine’s Church, which was demolished to allow the site to be redeveloped into a residential development.

Residents at St Augustine's House have access to a range of communal facilities, including a common room, study areas, laundry facilities, and bike storage. There is also high-speed internet throughout the building, making it easy for students to stay connected and complete their studies.
