Faster delivery through offsite manufacturing

While the modules are being manufactured off site, the groundworks and site preparation can progress at the property.

The modules can also be completed to a very high level in the factory. Depending on the project, this can include internal finishes, windows, electrical work, plumbing, sanitary ware, kitchens, flooring and other fittings.

For suitable projects, GO MODULAR can complete approximately 95% of the building before delivery.

Once the groundworks are ready, the modules are transported to site, lifted into position and connected. Final sealing, services connections and commissioning are then completed.

For homeowners, this means less disruption.

For developers, it can mean a shorter and more predictable construction programme.

Bespoke construction will always depend on the design, specification and individual site.

However, offsite manufacturing allows more of the project to be defined before production begins.
