Modular Homes

What makes modular homes so popular?

Firstly when we compare modular homes to traditional building methods, what we’re used to coping with is mess, noise and interruptions. However, with modular homes, up to 95% of the build is created off site. This includes making sure the build is completed with electrics, plumbing, windows, doors, kitchen and built-in furniture.

Some other points to consider when you’re on the fence about modular homes are:

  • Modular builds are built to the same standards as conventional buildings

  • Constructed indoors and kept away from any weather conditions, meaning you won’t get any weather delays

  • Super easy to expand, relocate or reuse

  • Modular homes are incredibly flexible that allows for further changes if required
